All About Caroline
Caroline is a warm, empathetic therapist who believes that no one should have to face life's hardest moments alone. She works with individuals across all walks of life — children, adolescents, young adults, and beyond — who are navigating stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, self-esteem struggles, and difficult emotions.
What sets Caroline apart is her genuine commitment to making therapy feel human and her belief that therapy should feel comfortable and collaborative, not intimidating. She creates a space that is open and nonjudgmental — one where clients feel truly seen and heard from the very first session. Her warmth, authenticity, and deep respect for each person's unique journey form the foundation of everything she does. She is passionate about helping her clients build healthier ways to cope and grow.
Her Philosophy
Caroline leads with curiosity and compassion. Grounded in a person-centered approach, she adapts her style to each individual — honoring their pace, their story, and what matters most to them. She weaves in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques where helpful, giving clients practical tools to shift unhelpful patterns and build real, lasting change.
For Caroline, therapy isn't about having all the answers — it's about creating the conditions where clients can discover their own. She brings a collaborative spirit to every session, walking alongside her clients rather than prescribing a path for them.
